Our ingredients are fresh and carefully picked one by one. Real fruits and vegetables that are chilled by the rain, touched by the wind and kissed by the sun. And truth be told, we never, and we mean never, add colorants or artificial preservatives.
We care a lot about the origin of our fruits and vegetables. The harvest of apples, apricots, tomatoes, aubergines and peppers come from our farm in Drăgășani, where we take care of more than 100 ha of fertile and healthy soil, and an orchard of fruit trees that goes for 70 ha. (plum trees, in particular) For all the rest, we travel the country and pick only the fruits and veggies that are truly fresh and natural.
Every jar of Râureni is fuuuull of fruit. Whole and ripe, juicy and delicious fruits. There is a minimum of 45% fruit in a jar of confiture and 1.4 kg of plums in just one jar of jam. When it comes to the quantity of fruit, we don’t do half measures.
It’s not easy an easy task to fit nature in every jar. We make this possible only with the help of skillful and passionate people. This way we make sure that the fruits and vegetables are preserved in the shortest time, after well-kept recipes, since ‘68 and up to this day.
